What sets HMR® apart?

HMR®’s easy-to-follow program is designed to help you lose a lot of weight quickly, but it’s not a crash diet or a gimmick. Seeing the weight come off fast can keep you motivated to stick to the plan and keep losing weight.

If you have a lot of weight to lose, it’s important you do it safely. That’s why we offer medical oversight to those who may need it. This is especially important if you have diabetes, high blood pressure, or other conditions that should be monitored during weight loss.

If you’re hungry, chances are you won’t stick to your plan, and you won’t lose the weight you want. HMR®’s More is Better™ approach lets you eat as many of the foods on the plan as you want to stay full…yet still lose weight!

Tri-State Clearwater Medical Clinic

Darrah McCall, Health Coach, BSW, runs the Tri-State Weight Management, an HMR® Program and the Tri-State Accountability Program at Tri-State Clearwater Medical. She is an advocate, a trainer, a teacher, and a guide to help motivate you towards success – she is someone who challenges and helps you find creative solutions for everyday sticky situations. Darrah graduated from Lewis-Clark State College in 2007, with a degree in social work. She chose that course of study because she knew she wanted to help people. Darrah has been a health advocate her whole life, focusing mostly on fitness. She ran cross country in college and continues to compete to this day.
