Tri-State Family Practice: Ready to Serve
All three of the Tri-State Family Practice Clinics are open and safe. Our primary care providers at Family Practice Clarkston, Family Practice Lewiston, and Clearwater Medical are ready to serve and care for patients of all ages. The clinics focus on health promotion, disease prevention, health maintenance, and diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses.
Hospitals & Clinics are Safe.
Our healthcare teams are following strict safety guidance from the Center for Disease Control and Prevention, and the Washington State Hospital Association to continue to provide high quality healthcare to all of our patients.
- All patients are screened for COVID-19 symptoms and receive a temperature assessment when presenting to the clinics for appointments
- People who show COVID-like symptoms are separated from others
- Social Distancing guidelines are being followed
- Only patients are allowed into the facilities unless special arrangements have been made
- All staff and patients wear protective face coverings
- Our exam rooms are disinfected frequently, including before and after each patient
Please do not delay getting the health care you need. We strongly encourage you to call your health care provider to discuss your concerns. Many issues can be addressed with informed guidance, prescriptions, or a telemedicine appointment. You do not need to delay care if you cannot leave the house.
How to Establish Care.
If you would like to be seen by one of our primary care providers and have not yet been established, fill out the New Patient Form and submit the completed form to the New Patient Coordinator. For your convenience, you can also complete this form over the phone by calling 509.769.2014.
“Our commitment is to our patients, and their safety is our priority,” said Joleen Carper, Chief of Clinic Operations of Tri-State Memorial Hospital & Medical Campus. “Our goal is to ensure that all people have accesses to a healthcare provider. Whether a patient chooses to be seen in person, or through our telehealth services, we stand ready to serve.”
