Which is why we offer the experience, expertise, and compassion you deserve to provide high-quality care when you or a loved one needs it most. Our emergency department is staffed with emergency medicine physicians who are experts in their field and have decades of experience, advanced practice clinicians (APCs), and a specially trained nursing staff. We are open 24-hours a day, 7-days a week, and provide care for all ages. Tri-State Emergency is designated as a Level II Stroke Facility, Level II Cardiac Facility, and Level IV Trauma Center by Washington State. Level II Stroke and Cardiac Facility
Washington State has designated Tri-State Emergency as a Level II Stroke and Cardiac Facility. Stroke is the number five leading cause of death and a leading cause of disability in the United States. Our designation demonstrates the expertise of our caregivers in the emergency department and ensures that cardiac and stroke patients received the best possible care in some of the most critical health-related situations.
Level IV Trauma Center
No one ever plans to have a trauma-related event; even so, trauma is the fourth leading cause of death for all ages. Tri-State Emergency is a Level IV Trauma Center. This means that we are fully equipped and prepared to provide care for patients with traumatic injuries that resulted from a variety of accidents.
