Let's Reach Our Goal!
So much progress is being made on the construction of our new inpatient and dietary wing. As we move toward completion of this project, we are aiming for 100% participation from our Tri-State Family. Employees now have the opportunity to double their dollars with two anonymous donors who have offered to match up to $50,000 in employee donations toward the Major Giving Initiative! Please consider giving any amount to show your support of the new wing. Every gift and act of kindness makes a difference in our community-owned and operated hospital.
Frequently Asked Questions
Use the attached pledge card and choose the amount you wish to give either through a single donation, a one-time paid time off donation, or through payroll deduction. Your donation amount will be kept confidential.
Any amount! All donations add up to big results! For payroll deduction, there is a minimum of $2 per pay check or four hours paid time off donated. See the giving guide below. All contributions are tax deductible to the amount permitted by law.
Yes! You matter and we appreciate all you do. Employees will be recognized on a donor wall in our new inpatient and dietary wing. Those who give $1,000 or more will also be placed under the Friend Giving Level on the donor wall.

Tri-State Memorial Hospital has provided high-quality care for our patients and their loved ones for over sixty-seven years. We know that our current patient environment does not match the level of care that each one of you provides every time you walk through our doors.
