As of May 13, 2021, all people in Washington State 12 years and older are eligible for the COVID-19 Vaccine.

Tri-State Memorial Hospital is dedicated to providing timely and accurate information regarding the COVID-19 vaccine and its availability. On this page, you will find our vaccination plan, which is following the guidelines outlined by our federal government and the Washington State Department of Health.
