Frequently Asked Questions

Question:

Do I need to fill out an employment application on-line?

Answer:

TSMH requires interested individuals to complete an on-line employment application for available internal and external employment opportunities.  Paper copy applications and resumes will no longer be accepted.  Make sure your application is completed entirely and signed.  Please call our HR Director, Mark Brigham at (509) 758-4675 if you have questions.

Question:

I have submitted my application. How long will it take until I am notified of my status?

Answer:

All applications are reviewed by the respective Supervisor and candidates are updated on their status within a few weeks. However, this can vary, depending on the nature of the position. If you wish, you may contact the HR Department and ask. Please continue to monitor our web page.

Question:

Will you get back to me when I am no longer being considered for the position?

Answer:

Yes, TSMH will send you a letter as soon as you are no longer being considered for a position or the open position has been filled.

Question:

How will I be contacted should an interview be requested?

Answer:

By telephone.

Question:

Can I apply for more than one position?

Answer:

Yes, TSMH encourages candidates to apply for each position they believe they are qualified for, and will be considered for each position individually.

Question:

Can I submit an application and cover letter for each position I apply for?

Answer:

No, at this time candidates must only submit one completed application and cover letter regardless of which positions they apply for.

Question:

Will you keep my application on file and inform me of new openings that I may be interested in?

Answer:

TSMH will retain your application for approximately one year. We are unable to inform you of new openings specific to your qualifications, so we highly encourage you to be proactive and to continue monitoring our website for new positions for which you would like to be considered.
